Travelscape LLC Terms and Conditions

(a) Cancellation Policy – The Customers agree that the accommodation booking made is subject to the cancellation policy set out in the booking page.

(b) Contracting Party – The Customer acknowledges and agrees that: (i) Travelscape, LLC is the supplier to the Customer in respect of any Hotel Room and (ii) that Avios is the supplier in respect of any other EAN Travel Products.

(c) Personal Data – The Customer agrees that Avios may transfer personal data belonging to the Customer and other persons on behalf of whom the Customer is making a booking of EAN Travel Products to EAN and/or its Corporate Affiliates for the purposes of facilitating the booking and providing after sales support (if any) of those EAN Travel Products.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes your travel plans change. We do not charge a change or cancel fee. However, this property (Swiss Inn Pyramids Golf Resort) imposes the following penalty to its customers that we are required to pass on: Cancellations or changes made after 6:00 PM ((GMT+02:00) Cairo) on Jan 12, 2017, or no-shows, are subject to a 1 Night Room & Tax penalty.

Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Airport shuttle fee: USD 50 per room
• Self parking fee: USD 3 per day

• Late check-out fee: USD 40
• Rollaway bed fee: USD 15 per night

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• New Year's Eve (31 December) Gala Dinner per adult: USD 150.00
